Thomas Cumber v. Sir John Aubrey, Bart., Elizth Lucey, widow, executrix of Wm. Aubrey, esquire, Richard Brangwin, Richd. Brooks and his wife Jane, Edward Carter, gent.: Right and title to the "rectory impropriate and tithing garb of the parrishes of Brill and Oakley" (Bucks). Mortgage, &c., &c. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Sir John Aubrey, late of Boorstall (Bucks), Bart., and his wife Dame Mary (afterwards the wife of said Wm. Aubrey), late father and mother of defendant, are mentioned.]: Oxford; Bucks.
