Daniel Baker, junr., esquire.: Agreement or contract for the purchase (by defendant) of the plaintiff's estate at Ipstone, in the county of Bucks, the estate and habitation formerly of Sir Henry Alnutt, deceased. Value. Mortgage, &c., &c.[The names of Geo. Alnutt (eldest son and heir of the said Sir Henry) and his wife Martha (whose maiden name was Tipping), and the daughters of said George Alnutt, viz., Martha (the eldest), late the wife of Mr. Whitfield and now the wife of Mr. Page, Elizabeth, married to the now plaintiff James Clarke, Mary, married to Bartholomew Tipping, esquire, Frances, married to Mr. Barrett, and Anne, married to Mr. Nelson, are mentioned.]: Bucks
