Touching the "methods or practices alleged to have been used by the defendant to prevent the officers of excise from knowing, having, or taking" true and exact accounts of the qualities and quantities of ale, &c., brewed by him, and so to deprive His Majesty of the duties of excise which defendant ought to have paid, &c., &c.: Norfolk
