Asty, George, gent. v. Anne Fountain widow: Manor of Mowles alias Colbornes, in East Dearham in the county of Norfolk, of which manor Thomas Asty (plaintiff's late uncle) and Cicely Asty (widow of said Thomas), were owners, and plaintiff is now lord. Touching the defendant's lands in East Dearham, called "Sheringham's Lands" (which are said to have belonged formerly to Geo. Watts), for which the plaintiff claims certain rents, &c., as due to his said manor, &c., &c.: Norfolk
