Meredith James v. Thomas Prosser: Value, &c., of the "messuage and tenement of lands" called "Pen y Forest." Bargain and agreement to purchase same. Touching a deed of lease and release, dated 13 and 14 Jan. 1715, made between Samuel Prosser, of the parish of Grismond (Monmouth), tanner, and Rachel his wife, of the 1st part, Rebecca Pugh, of Llowes (Radnor), widow, of the 2nd part, Thos. Prosser, of same place, dyer, and his wife, of the third part, and Meredith James, of the town of Brecon, of the 4th part, &c., &c.: Brecon
