Jane Radcliffe, widow v. Peirce Manaton, Francis Manaton.: Last wills and testaments of Jasper Radcliffe, senior, of the city of Exeter, and of his son Jasper Radcliffe, junr. (plaintiff's late husband), and their estates, said estates including messuages, &c., in the parish of Saint Martin within said city. "Annuities of fourteen pounds per cent. payable out of the duties of excise" purchased by said Radcliffe, senr., for the lives of his daughters, &c., &c. [See also 6 Geo. 1., Mich., No. 40, and 6 Geo. 1., East., No. 18, and 9 Geo. 1., East., No. 25.]: Devon; Cornwall.
