Thomas Baker: Rectory and parish of Breedon (Worcester), the township or hamlet of Cutsden alias Catsden (Worcester), the parish of Cundicott (Gloucester), the manor or farm of Sir John Dutton, of Shirborne (Gloucester),Bart., called Henchwick, and the hill ground adjoining said farm, sometimes called Cutsden Heath or Henchwick Down or Henchwick Warren, &c., &c. Metes and bounds. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Sir Ralph Dutton (father of said Sir John), James Cockaine and his wife, Anthony Rowe, Doctor Sutton (former rector of Breedon), John Webb (plaintiff's late father), and William Dutton are mentioned.]: Gloucester; Worcester.
