Adrian Swete, esquire: Rectory impropriate, vicarage, and parish of Modbury (Devon), the Royal College of Eton near Windsor (Bucks), and defendant's messuages, &c., in said parish called Traine, Catherine's Park, Brownston, Lapthorn, Stanthills, Stadowns alias Scadowns, Elston, and Trenoval, his farm or tenement called "Whitehouse," and his lands called "Wadlands" and the "North Lords Wood" lying within the parish of Ugborough (an adjoining parish to Modbury), and his barton or farm of Preston lying within the parish of Ermington (another adjoining parish to Modbury), &c., &c. Tithes. [The name of Mayn Swete, Esq. (defendant's late uncle), is mentioned.]: Devon; Bucks.
