Thomas Walter, clerk: Rents and profits of lands in Bulford, in the county of Wilts, received by the defendant and his late wife Martha (sister of plaintiff's mother, and formerly called Martha Banks). Touching the baptismal register of plaintiff's brother Wm. Moore, who is said to have been born at Durington (Wilts), &c., &c. [The names of Wm. Moore (heretofore of Chissenbury (Wilts), plaintiff's grandfather), Anne Moore, wife of said Wm., Wm. Moore (plaintiff's father), Wm. Moore (plaintiff's brother), Thos. Slater, of Combe, and John "Leweis," of Roundway, are mentioned.]: Wilts
