Thos. Howard, Joseph Hall, Sarah Wallis, Wm. Pedder, Wm. Sawdery, Joseph Poor, Robt. Young. v. Sarah Stacey, Robert Grub Stacey.: The last will and testament of Robert Stacey, of Holyfield, in the parish of Waltham Abbey (Essex), yeoman, dated 12 Feb. 1719-20 (a copy of which is subjoined), in which he gives and bequeaths to his two youngest sons, Thos. Stacey and John Stacey, "the farm that I now live in butting upon God Almighty Pear Tree, they paying unto their sisters Susannah Stacey and Sarah Stacey," &c., &c., and in which will he says, "I desire my loveing wife Sarah Stacey, whom I make executrix, to sell the farms at Lippord's Hill, and Morgans Two Fields, with two leases in Hook's Marsh and two in Holly Field Marsh," &c., &c.: Essex
