Jeremy Taylor, clerk v. Henry Crompton, Esq., Cath. Purcell, widow, Thos. Green, Joyce Spratt, widow, Nichs. Harrison.: Rectory, vicarage, manor, and parish of Madely. Alleged encroachment on glebe lands called "The New Leasow." Collieries leased in saidmanor called "Hollands Pitt," or "Hollands Footroad," in defendants' possession. Metes and bounds. Survey, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Basil Brooke and Somerford Brooke (owners of said manor), an Act of Parliament obtained for selling said manor, paying the debts of said Basil, and securing the payment of 500l. per annum to his wife Winifred, and a lease of coalmines in said manor from Somerford Brooke and others to Ralph Browne, Thos. Crompton, Esq., Saml Bowdler, gent., and defendant Thos. Green are mentioned.]: Salop
