William Heath v. Tristram Daxon and his wife Anne.: Messuage or tenement, &c., called "Kay Baynall," situate in the parish of Llanvyhangell Nant Mellan (Radnor). Lease and release, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Mary Ca late of Ludlow (Salop), spinster, Thos. Haughton (father of Jane, plaintiff's late wife, and of defendant Anne, and former husband of Jane Ball (wife of Walter Ball, of Knighton, clerk), mother of said Jane and Anne), Richd. Cam (late brother of said Mary), and James Lewis are mentioned.] [See also 7 & 8 Geo. 1., Trin., No. 7.]: Radnor; Salop.
