Adrian Sweet, Esq.: Rectory impropriate, vicarage, and parish of Modbury, in the county of Devon, and defendant's lands in the said parish called "Traine," "Catherine's Park," "Brownston," "Lapthorn," "Stanthill," "Stadowns," otherwise "Scadowns," "Elston," and "Trenovat," and defendant's barton or farm of Preston, lying within the parish of Ermington (the adjoining parish to Modbury), and his farm or tenement called "Whitehouse," and his lands called "Wadland," and "The North Lords Wood," lying within the parish of Ugborough (another adjoining parish to Modbury), &c., &c. Tithes. [The name and possessions of Mayn Sweet (defendant's late uncle) are mentioned.]: Devon
