John Jackson v. John Evans and his wife Mary, Edward Withington.: Messuages, lands, &c., in Kington, in the county of Hereford, lately belonging to William Shepheard the elder, "heretofore of the city of London," gentleman; said messuages being in the plaintiff's occupation and also occupied by the defendant Evans, John Williams, William Haynes, James Prees, Charles Taylor, Thomas Scandrett, Caleb Mills, George Serle, Wm. Scull, Roger Davies, Eleanor Wynt, widow, Hugh Wynt, Phillip Thos., &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Wm. Aldington, Margt. Morgan, widow, Richd. Stevens, Elizth Lewis, John Green, Richard Higgins, Richd. Lillwall, John Pugh, Charles Haywood, and Simon Pugh, are mentioned.]: Hereford
