Thomas Joslyn and his wife Frances. v. John Brewett, Henry Brewett, James Wyat and his wife Mary, Anne Balls, widow.: Last will and testament and the value and disposition of the personal estate of Thomas Brewett and his wife Frances (late father and mother of the plaintiff Frances and of defendants John, Mary, and Anne, but the defendant Henry is the son of said testator "by a former venture," i.e., his second wife), who both died in the parish of Downham (Essex), the said Thomas about Nov. 1708. Said estate including a farm in Downham aforesaid, held by said Thomas of Sir John Tyrrell, Bart. Touching the marriage portions given or promised or left by said testator Thos. Brewett to his said daughters, &c., &c.: Essex
