Meliora Gorges and Mary Gorges (infants), by Hilliard Hely their next friend, and Benjn Karver. v. The Hon. Robt. Price, Esq., Sir John Williams, knight and Bart, Richd. Hoper, Esq.. Dorothy Gorges, widow, Robt. Gorges (an infant), by said Richd. Hoper his guardian.: Real and personal estate, &c., of Henry Gorges, &c., &c. Decretal order of the Court of Chancery, made 16 Dec. 1710, in a cause in which Chas. Pye was plaintiff, and Henry Gorges, Robert Gorges, and others were defendants. Touching the real estates had or claimed by said Henry Gorges in right of Elizth (formerly Elizth Pye) his first wife, &c., &c. [The name of Chas. Pye is mentioned.] [See also 6 Geo. 1., Hil., No. 12.]: London; Suffolk; Worcester; Hereford.
