James Elly, gent. v. John Cowles:"The parsonage, rectory, or impropriate tithes of the parish of St. Mary de Load, and the severall meadow grounds, the tythes whereof are now in dispute, called `Frizemead' or `Fryersmead' and `the Pooles.'" Metes and bounds, &c. Tithes. [The corporation of the city of Gloucester, Wm. Johnson, of Barnwood, Richard Matthews, of said city, grasier, Wm. Kearsey, of Longford, the widow Window, the widow Parrott, Mrs. Oliver, and Mr. Blanch are mentioned as owners of said grounds.]: Gloucester
