The Right Hon., `Nich. Lechmere, Esq., His Majesty's Attorney-General, at the relation of John Wegewood, Esq., Wm. Mills, Nathan Sutton, Wm. Gravener, Ralph Hamersley, Joshua Stonhewer, Adam Jackson, Thos. Oakes, "and others." v. Rowld. Oakover, Margt. Rudyerd, spinster, Wm. Trafford and his wife Mercey.: Manor of Leeke (Stafford), and the wastes and commons belonging (of which manor Thos. Rudyerd was late lord). Touching "certain parcels of land scituate and lying within the precinct of the town of Leeke, in the county of Stafford, called or knowne by the severall names of the Back of the Street, Nab Hill, `Nab Hill `End,' `Westwood Heath,' and `Woodcroft Heath,'" &c., &c.
