George Clarke, doctor of laws. v. Robert Dashwood, esquire.: Rectory and parish of Carsington, in the county of Oxford, and a coppice called "Burleigh Coppice" or "Burleigh Wood," within or near said parish, and the parish of Bladon (Oxford). Tithes. [Leases of said rectory made by the Dean and Chapter of Christchurch, Oxford, in the year 1673, vizt., to Richd. Holloway, late of Oxford, Esq., (afterwards Sir Richd. Holloway, knight,) another in 1683 to Sir Thos. Spencer, Bart., another in 1711 to Dame Jane Spencer, and an assignment of lease of said rectory made in the year 1717 by John Dormer, Esq. (executor of said Dame Jane), to the now plaintiff, are mentioned.]: Oxford
