James Gibson, gent. v. Thos. Gibson, esquire, Thos. Robinson, Esq. and his wife Elizabeth, John Easington, Esq., John Jacob, Robert Easton, George Nayres, Jerome Nayres.: Last will and testament (dated 7 March, 3 Geo. 1., 1716) of James Gibson, Esq., (late father of the plaintiff, and town clerk of the city of London), a copy of which is subjoined, and his estate mentioned in said will, including the manor of Welburne (York) lands in Welburne, Kirkbydale, and Kirkby Moorside, bequests to the poor of the parishes of Kirkdale and Welburne (York), and St. Michael, Bassisshaw, London, &c., &c. Touching an agreement for the sale and purchase of mills called Howgill mills and Kirby Mills. Closes of land adjoining called Mill Close, wood ground called "Ellers," a parcel of ground called "Mill Lane," and two closes called "the Gt. Holmes" and "Little Holmes," situate in the parishes of Kirkdale and Kirby Moorside (York), &c., &c. [The names of Sarah Gibson, of Thornton (York), spinster, John Gibson the elder, late of Welburn (York), Esq. (plaintiff's grandfather), and John Gibson, late of the Middle Temple, London, Esq. (plaintiff's uncle), testator's daughter Elizth, wife of Thos. Robinson, Esq., and the testator's daughter Penelope, are mentioned.] [See also 7 Geo. 1., East., No. 14.]: York; London.
