Meliora Gorges, Mary Gorges, and Richd. Gorges, by Hilliard Hely, their next friend, and Benjamin Karver, gent. v. The Honble Robt. Price, Esq., Sir John Williams, Knt. and Bart., Richd. Hoper, esquire, Dorothy Gorges, widow, Robt. Gorges (an infant), bythe said Richard Hoper, his guardian.: Real and personal estates, debts, &c., of Henry Gorges, including lands, &c., in the manor of Eye (Suffolk), in the manor of Chenyes Moore (Worcester), Blagdon Manor, and farms in the county of Somerset. Estates, vizt., at Linton and Kingston (Hereford), at Hope, in the parish of Middleton (Hereford), at Berrington, in the parish of Tenbury (Worcester), in the manor of Burley (Hereford), at Eardestland, called "the Nunhouse," the chief rents of Lempster (Hereford), farms at or near Lempster, estates called "the Bourne," a house in Coleman Street, and houses in Newcastle; all now belonging to the defendant Robt. Gorges, son and heir of said Henry Gorges, or to the said defendants the Honble. Robt. Price, Esq., one of the barons of His Majesty's Court of Exchequer, Sir John Williams, Knt. and Bart., and Richd. Hoper, Esq., as trustees and executors of the last will and testament of the said Henry Gorges. Touching a decretal order of the Court of Chancery, made 16 Dec. 1710, in a cause, Charles Pye, plaintiff, Henry Gorges, Robert Gorges, and others, defendants, touching the real estates had or claimed by said Henry Gorges in right of his first wife Elizth, formerly Elizabeth Pye, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Sir Walter Pye (grandfather of said Eliz.) and Charles Pye are mentioned.] [See also 7 Geo. 1., Mich., No. 15 in this Calendar.]: London; Suffolk; Worcester; Hereford.
