John Binsted, senr., gent., John Binsted, junior, and his wife Mary. v. Thomas Cottman, Jasper Cottman.: Settlement made upon the marriage of the plaintiff John Binsted, junr., with Mary the daughter of Thos. Cotman the elder (late father of the defendants), said settlement including an estate of the plaintiff Binsted, senr., part freehold and part copyhold, called "Cheddon Farm," lying in the parishes of Hambledon and Moonstoke, a freehold estate called "Widedell," and an estate in Beaworth near Winchester. Also touching an intended marriage between the defendant Jasper Cotman and Sarah, one of the daughters of plaintiff John Binsted, senr., and a copyhold estate of said John Binsted, senr., situate at Cheriton, in the county of Southampton, &c., &c.
