William John, gent. v. Hugh Stafford, Esq.: Manor of Duryard and mills called "Duryard Mills," parcel of said manor, and now in plaintiff's possession, and mills called "Pyne Mills" in defendant's possession. Alleged injury to plaintiff's mills and obstruction caused by impeding and diverting the stream of the river Exe, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Anthony Coplestone the elder, Anthony Coplestone the younger and his wife Margaret, Thos.
