Edwd. Gale Boldero, gent. v. Rachel Pickering, widow, relict and administratrix of Thos. Pickering, gent., William Pickering, son and heir of said Thos. Pickering.: "The complainant's estate in mortgage to the defendants, called by the name or names of `The Foggfield, Northfield, Upper Spaun`ton Close, and Low Spaunton Close, Maxwell Closses, and the `Lamb Closses,' lying in Cornbrough," &c., &c. [The names of Elizth Boldero (plaintiff's late mother) and Henry Boldero (plaintiff's late brother) are mentioned.] [See also 7 Geo. 1., Mich., No. 24; 7 & 8 Geo. 1., Trin., No. 5.]: York
