Henry Huse alias Tice, Henry Chappell and his wife Jane v. Anne Lawes, widow, William Lawes: Bonds alleged to have been given by Wm. Lawes (defendant's late husband) and John Odbar, of Alvediston (Wilts), yeoman (plaintiff Jane's late father), and provision (cheese, &c.) supplied by said Wm. Lawes to his sister Mary Odbar (plaintiff Jane's late mother). Touching the leasehold estate of said John Odbar at Alvedeston (Wilts), held for three lives under the Earl of Pembroke, and the value of the goods, &c., of said John, &c., &c.
