Mary Coleman, spinster (an infant under the age of one and twenty years), by Francis Penson, her next friend. v. Elizth Whitesides, widow, "formerly the wife of Thos. Coleman, the younger," Mary Philips alias Coleman, spinster, daughter of the said Elizabeth by said Thos. Coleman.: Right and title to freehold, copyhold, and "stockinhold" lands within the manor of Kingsland, in the county of Hereford, formerly belonging to Thos. Coleman, of Kingsland (the plaintiff's grandfather). Whether the defendant Elizabeth was ever married to said Thomas Coleman the younger, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of John Coleman (plaintiff's late father), Frances the wife of said Thos. Coleman and Thos.
