Description

Samuel Ferrand, clerk, and his wife Anne, James Holland and his wife Esther, Elizth White, widow. v. Susanna Staples, William Marsh, by the said Susanna Staples, his mother and guardian, Sarah Marsh, widow, John Partington, and others: Estate of Peter Marsh, of Wigan (father of plaintiffs Anne, Esther, and Elizabeth, former husband of defendant Susanna, and father of defendant Wm.). What sums of money were received by John Staples (defendant's late husband) from the tenants of messuages, &c., in Wigan, lately belonging to said Peter Marsh, from and after 14 Oct. 1708 (being the day on which he put in his answer to plaintiff's original bill). Also touching the value, &c., of the personal estate of said John Staples, &c., &c. [See also 3 Geo. 1., Mich., No. 15, and 4 Geo. 1., Mich., No. 12.]: Lancaster
