John Robertson, Henry Pen, Henry Hind.: Manor and town of Kirkstead (Lincoln) (of which the plaintiff is "lord and owner"), and the several places called "Kirkstead Wath," "Oxby's Wath," and "Newton's Wath," or Newton's Hill." Whether the aforesaid manor, &c., are reputed to be parts of or belonging to the late dissolved Abbey of Kirkstead? Whether tolls have been usually paid at said Waths, or elsewhere adjoining to the commons of Woodall, Langton, Thornton, or Thimbleby (Lincoln), for goods landed from the River Witham to the lord of said manor, &c., &c.
