Description

Nicholas Harding and his wife Elizabeth v. Richard Ainge, gent.: Yearly fair, commonly called St. John's Bridge Fair, kept in a close called Fairy Close in or near Lechlade on the 29th August. Custom of toll alleged to be payable to proprietors or lessees of said fair for weighing cheese sold there. Weights and scales kept and used by defendant in contravention of said custom, &c., &c.: Gloucester
