John Ayres, merchant: Employment of plaintiff by the defendant as his wine cooper and as his agent "to attend upon the Key, at Southampton, and take care of the goods and merchandizes both wett and dry that were at any time imported by the deft." Prices of wines between the years 1712 and 1718. Accounts, &c., &c. Custom and use of the town of Southampton, and the merchants and traders there. Touching the forcing of wines, &c., &c.
