Richard Smith and his wife Elizabeth. v. Henry Caswall and his wife Mary: Last will and testament (of which defendant Mary was executrix), and the value and disposition of the personal estate of Elizabeth Smith, of the Weare, in the parish of Kentchester(Hereford), plaintiff Elizabeth's late mother. [Three suits in Chancery brought against defendants, or one of them, as executrix to said testatrix, vizt.: by Richd. Smith (plaintiff Elizabeth's eldest brother), another by Thos. Smith (plaintiff Elizabeth's younger brother), and the third by Mr. Keeble and Isabella his wife (one of the sisters of plaintiff Elizabeth). Touching the executorship of said Mary to said personal estate, and another suit brought by Charity Probert, widow (one of plaintiff Elizabeth's sisters), are mentioned.: Hereford
