John Glanvill, Esq. v. Wm. Hancock, Esq., Fras. Keckwich, Wm. Cressell, Jas. Luce, gent., Wm. Andrew, John Harris, yeoman.: Rectory and parish of Saint Germains, in the county of Cornwall. Touching the defendant's messuages, &c., in said parish called "Hendra," "Minewithen," "Cobaland," "Maders," and "Eglarooze," and the defendant Hancock's part of a farm in said parish called "Catchfrench," and his lands called "Furze Grounds," and "Cliffe Grounds," and the other defendants' messuages, &c., in said parish, viz., Kekwich's, called "Polmarking," "Carry," "Cone," "Chalacott," and "Penquite"; Cressells, called "Cressell" and "Botters"; Luce's, called "Trenidick," "Chubacomb," "Pole's End," and "Chinnick"; Andrew's, "called or lying in" "Pedrida," "Treledon," and "Tregonno"; Harris's, at or in Inntowne alias Treffell, Pedrida, and Cargloch alias Cargloth, &c., &c.
