Description

James St. Amand, Esq., and Elizth Harris, widow, on behalf of themselves and others, the creditors by bond or specialty of the Right Hon. Edwd. late Earl of Jersey. v. Barbara Countess Dowager of Jersey, administratrix of Edwd. late Earl of Jersey (her late husband), the Right Hon. Wm. Earl of Jersey, Wm. Earl of Dartmouth, Allan Lord Bathurst, and the Hon. Henry Villiers, Esq. (an infant), by said Wm. Earl of Jersey his guardian.: Value and administration of the personal estate of Edwd. late Earl of Jersey, said estate including property in his house in St. James's Street, London, and his house called "Squerryes," situate in the parish of Westham, in the county of Kent, &c., &c.: Paris; London; Kent.
