James Clavering, senior, James Clavering, junior.: Town or village of Greencroft (formerly in the possession of Willm. Hall, and lately belonging to Sir James Clavering, of Axwells, Bart. (father of the elder defendant), and now in the defendants' possession), the moor or fell called Lanchester Fell, and the complainants' lands, viz., Greenwell's estate called "Greenwell," Thos. Hunter's estate at Billingside and Espgreen, John Hunter's estates at Medomsley and Bradley, Peter Hunter's estates at Billingside and Medomsley, and Arthur Walton's estate called "Mooraleaze," all situate in said parish of Lanchester.
