William John v. Hugh Stafford: Manor of Duryard and mills called "Duryard Mills," parcel of said manor in the plaintiff's possession, and mills called "Paynes Mills" in the defendant's possession. Alleged injury to the plaintiff's mills, and obstruction caused by impeding and diverting the stream of the River Exe, &c., &c.
