Berrington, of Pixley, Hereford), Berrington King, son and heir apparent of John King and Hannah his wife (youngest daughter and another of the coheirs of the said Thomas Berrington). v. The Hon. Robt. Price, Esq., one of the barons of the Court of Exchequer, Timothy Geers, Esq., Elizabeth Geers, widow, relict of Thos. Geers, esquire, serjeant-at-law, Doctor Hugh Lewis and Susannah his wife (one other of the daughters and coheirs of the said Thos. Berrington), Katherine Thomas, widow, Christopher Taylor, John Cox, Thomas Smith, Thos. Wellington, clerk, John Bayes.: Estate of Thos.
