Edmond Thomas (son and heir of Herbert Thomas, deceased, and Katherine his wife (second daughter and one of the coheirs of Thos. Berrington, of Pixley, Hereford), Berrington King, son and heir apparent of John King and Hannah his wife (youngest daughter and another of the coheirs of the said Thomas Berrington). v. The Hon. Robt. Price, Esq., one of the barons of the Court of Exchequer, Timothy Geers, Esq., Elizabeth Geers, widow, relict of Thos. Geers, esquire, serjeant-at-law, Doctor Hugh Lewis and Susannah his wife (one other of the daughters and coheirs of the said Thos. Berrington), Katherine Thomas, widow, Christopher Taylor, John Cox, Thomas Smith, Thos. Wellington, clerk, John Bayes.: Estate of Thos. Berrington, of Pixley, in the county of Hereford, esquire; said estate, including the manor house and farm called "Pixley Court," and lands in Yarkhill and Ashperton, in the said county of Hereford. Also touching the last will and testament of Anne Berrington, spinster. Mortgages, &c., &c.: Hereford
