Jonathan Lord Bishop of Winchester. v. Benjamin Culme, clerk: Lease of "the disparked parke called Hambledon Parke, now turned into inclosures scituate in the parish of Hambledon and county of South'ton," assigned by Richd. Bruning to the defendant. Touching the number, &c., of beech trees in said park, and the use beech trees are applied to in said county and in His Majesty's Dockyard at Portsmouth. Custom or usage in the bishoprick of Winchester in relation to allowances to leasehold tenants there of beech timber and wood, &c., &c. Survey. Tithes. [Edwd. Bruning, Esq., and Geo.
