Croncher, John Gilbert.: Burrough and parish of Whitchurch, in the county of Southampton, and the impropriate rectory and parsonage appropriate of Whitchurch, and the farme and mannor of Freefolke Syfreewast, and lands, &c., called "Knoll" situate in said parish and holden by defendant Deane, of the Dean and Chapter of Whitchurch, &c., &c. Metes and bounds. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Christopher Stokes, Richard Ayloffe, and Thos. Brookes, esquires, formerly the lessees and farmers of the said impropriate rectory and parsonage appropriate, are mentioned.]: Southampton.
