The Right Hon. John Earl of Exeter, Peter Walter, esquire, Noah Neale, esquire. v. John Robertson, gent.: Manor, lordship, and soke of Kirton, the hundreds of Kirton, Reek, Algar, Swineshead cum Wigtoft, Gosberton cum Surfleet, Bickar, Donnington cum Quadring, and Wiberton cum Skirbeck alias Skirbeck Quarter, and lands in Wiberton held by defendant called "the King's Lands," the manor of Wiberton, the manor of Waldgrave, &c., &c. Metes and bounds. Customs of Kirton Manor. Survey, &c., &c. Whether defendant's said lands are liable to the payment of rents called "Cullyer rents" to said manor of Kirton, &c., &c.
