George Rayne, "and others, creditors of Robt. Weems, and debtors and accountants to the King." v. The Attorney-General, John Consett, senior, gent., Hen. Barnard, Doctor in Physick, and his wife Dorothy, Elizth Hall, widow, Esther Lee, spinster, John Consett, junior, of Hartlepoole, and his wife Anne, George Clarke and his wife Margaret, Grace Fawthorpe, spinster, Matthew Fawthorpe (an infant) by his guardian.: Due execution, &c., of a deed or indenture, purporting to be a lease for 99 years, dated 18 April 1717, and made between Robert Weems, of Stranton (Durham), gent., of the first part, John Crookes, of Hartlepoole (Durham), gent., Geo. Rayne, of Springwell House, in the parish of Hart (Durham), gent., William Browne, of Billingham (Durham), yeoman, Anne Woolridge, of the parish of Saint Andrews, Holborne (Middlesex), widow, and Richd Rayne, of Stockton-upon-Tees (Durham), gent., creditors of the said Robt. Weemes of the second part, and John Scurfield, of Crimdon House, in the said parish of Hart, yeoman, John Lightfoot, of Hartlepoole aforesaid, butcher. Persons named and appointed by the said creditors for their trustees of the third part, &c., &c.: Durham
