Greenhill (executrix of the last will and testament of said Joseph Edmonds), Francis Flyer, Ralph Freeman, Franklin Miller, and Joseph Edmonds More,Esq., only son of the complainants.: Disposition of the estate of Joseph Edmonds, esquire, late father of Dame Anne More, one of the plaintiffs in this suit, said estate including a mortgage upon the estate of Sir Henry "Hoekates," &c., &c.
