Sir Cleave More, Bart., and his wife Dame Anne. v. Elizth Greenhill, spinster, executrix of Joseph Edmonds, Esq., father of said Dame Anne, Francis Flyer, Ralph Freeman, and Franklin Miller, Esqs., trustees of said Dame Anne More, and Joseph Edmonds More, Esq., only son of the complainants.: Charge and expense of the funeral of Joseph Edmonds, late father of Dame Anne More, one of the plaintiffs in this suit. The said Dame Anne deposes that she gave directions to the "Company of Upholders" to perform the said funeral at the charge proposed by them, viz., 244l. 6s. 10d., that she directed that one hundred gold rings should be presented, and that she consented to the sum of 100l. 7s. 6d. being expended for gold rings, which were given away to several persons at and after the funeral, and also the sum of 272l. 15s. amongst "several persons" for mourning apparel, &c., &c. Which expenses did amount in the whole (including wine, &c.) to the sum of 633l. 10s. 11d., &c., &c. [See also No. 9 in this term, and 5 Geo. 1., Hil., No. 12.]: London
