Sir Edwd. Northey, Knt., Attorney-General, by the relation of Jas. Baker, gent. v. Joshua Sanders, John Marker, Robt. Back, John Salter, John Rowe, Roger Sanders, Giles Welsford, Richd. Coles, Andw Rowe, Nich. Helmore, Richd. Stephens, Joseph Yeathard, Joseph Paddon, Francis Kingwell, Joseph Brimley, Joseph Weymouth.: Value, &c., of the debts, goods, effects, &c., of the defendant Joshua Sanders, including "a quantity of logwood, mixed serges, white serges, muslin or holland, and single ranters," in the hands of Richard Champion, of Bristol, and Edward Sprague, of Topsham (Devon), a share in a ship called "the Pearl Galley," belonging to the port of London, and bound for Guinea, &c., &c.
