Gabriel Blanchard: "Severall mannors of Burbage Estermy or Burbage Savage, in the county of Wilts," and "the custome in those mannors or either and which of them called by the name of an executor's year." "Have the executors or administrators of customary tenants' widows usually held and enjoyed the same privilege?" Touching customary messuages, &c., in said manors lately belonging to John Church, late of Durly (Wilts), and the liberty or privilege of lopping or topping the pollards, &c., thereon "dureing the executor's year," &c., &c.
