John Toovey (an infant) (nephew and heir of John Toovey, deceased), by Henry Wilkinson his guardian.: Last will and testament (of which a copy is subjoined) of John Toovey, late of Northend, in the parish of Turvill (Bucks), yeoman (son of the plaintiff Mary Toovey), husband of plaintiff Lydia, cousin of plaintiffs Caleb and William, and uncle of defendant John Toovey. The estate of said testator mentioned in said will includes a messuage in Northend in which he last dwelt, closes, &c., "att or near Turvill Heath" called "Ballams," fields, &c., in Pirton and Watlington (Oxford), purchased of Richard Hampden, Esq., &c., &c.: Oxford
