Thomas Jenkins and his wife Agnes. v. John Romsey, "one of the defts.": Messuage, &c., in Sudbrook (Monmouth), formerly in the possession of Wm. Beale and his wife Rebecca (grandfather and grandmother of plaintiff Agnes), and lately belonging to John Mudge and his wife Anne (who afterwards married Jeremiah Hill), (plaintiff's late father and mother). Mortgage, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Rebecca Beale (sister of said Anne and aunt of plaintiff Agnes), who married Phillip Jones, James Mudge (brother of plaintiff Agnes), David Jones (mortgagee of said premises), Wm. Jones, son of said Phillip Jones and his wife Rebecca, Richd. Prosser, and Samuel Nash are mentioned.]: Monmouth
