James Gunter v. Mary Howorth, widow and executrix of Thomas Howorth.: Plaintiff's bills of charges for acting as solicitor for Thos. Howorth, of the Whitehouse (Hereford), (plaintiff's late husband). Touching plaintiff's employment in law matters by Herbert Masters (defendant's late father), and the lands of said Masters lying in Burghill (Hereford) and purchased by him of Herbert Herring, &c., &c.
