Robert Hamill v. John Bateman and Charles Campbell, executors of the last will and testament of Lieut-Colonel Charles Bateman.: "The accounts of the officers and companyes of the regiment formerly belonging to the Lord Dungannon, and afterwards to the Marquis de Montandre, whereof Lieut.-Col. Chas. Bateman was Lieut.-Colonel," and to which regiment the plaintiff Hamill was agent. Touching certain monies claimed by plaintiff as due to him out of the estate of the said Colonel Bateman, deceased, &c., &c.: Dublin; Spain.
