John Coosens (an infant), under the age of one and twenty years, by James King, his next friend. v. Edward Walsingham, John Walsingham.: Settlement made upon the marriage of Edward Walsingham, of Ryarsh (Kent), gent. (defendant's late father), with Joan the daughter of Wm. Brown, late of Ryarsh aforesaid, carpenter, &c., &c. [The names of Richard Coosens (plaintiffs' father), who married one of the daughters of said Edward Walsingham by said Joan his first wife, Felix Wood (second wife of said Edward Walsingham, and mother of the defendants), and "the Dunstoll lands" [St. Dunstan ?] (Kent), belonging to said Edward Walsingham, are mentioned.]: Kent
