Description

Simon Mullens and his wife Mary. v. Thomas Whitting, Elizabeth Pratt, spinster, and John Pratt and Jane Pratt (infants), by the said Thos. Whitting, their guardian.: Value, administration, &c., of the real and personal estates of John Pratt and Francis Pratt (son of Wm. Pratt, and late father of plaintiff Mary), brothers; said estates including lands at Hilsea, in the parish of Wimering (Southampton), and at Ervills, in the parish of Hambledon (Southampton). Also touching the estate of William Pratt (son of said Francis Pratt), &c., &c. Mortgage, &c., &c.: Southampton.
